1. Scope
This policy applies to Occupancy Readiness Tracker, including our website, project workspaces, contact form and related services. The service is operated under the name Occupancy Readiness Tracker in Ontario, Canada.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and name supplied through the sign-in service.
- Project information: documents, equipment records, phase details, dates, notes, assignments, uploaded files and activity entered by authorized project members.
- Contact information: the name, reply email, subject and message you submit through our contact form.
- Technical information: security and operational data needed to deliver the service.
- Optional analytics information: if you accept analytics, Google Analytics may process page views, device and browser information, approximate location and interaction data.
3. How we use information

Project administrators control their workspace content and member access. Contact messages may be retained while an inquiry is active and for a reasonable follow-up period.
8. Safeguards
We use role-based project access, authenticated accounts and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or request deletion where applicable, through our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Children
The service is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 16.
